Job summary

Royal London is seeking an Assurance Data and Analytics Consultant to turn complex data into insights that strengthen assurance and support better customer outcomes. In Group Risk & Compliance, you will lead analytics across Assurance, partnering with colleagues from scoping to reporting.

You will source data, uncover trends and risks, build reusable tools, and explore automation to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Advanced data analysis capabilities with strong problem solving.
Experience with risk management systems or ability to learn new systems.
Clear written, verbal and presentation skills; turn complex analysis into insight.
Collaborative approach; build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong planning and organisational skills; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead the data and analytics approach across assurance reviews from scoping to reporting.
Source and analyse data to uncover trends and potential risk or customer outcomes issues.
Develop repeatable analytical tests and automated tools with full-population analysis where appropriate.
Translate complex analysis into clear insights that support robust assurance findings.
Coach colleagues and create reusable tools to build analytical capability and self-service.
