Job summary

Spire is seeking a Launch Services Contracts Manager to own the launch services category end-to-end within its Global Supply Chain. The role covers sourcing, contracting, negotiation, and ongoing supplier performance management for dedicated launches, rideshare capacity and integration services.

Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain, this senior individual contributor will drive market intelligence, vendor qualification, commercial framework design and governance across geographies

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement and commercial contracts in a complex setting.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own global launch services sourcing strategy aligned to deployment plans.
• Lead tendering (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and supplier onboarding end-to-end.
• Design and negotiate launch contracts, SLAs and framework terms.
• Manage supplier performance and drive cost reductions.
