Job summary

Spire is seeking a Launch Services Contracts Manager in Glasgow, UK, to own the end-to-end launch services category within the Global Supply Chain. You will lead strategy, sourcing, negotiation and governance for launch providers, ensuring schedule reliability and commercial excellence.

The role requires senior commercial acumen, strong stakeholder engagement and experience with complex space/launch programs. Hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or commercial contracts management.
• Direct experience in the launch market or a space/launch organization is preferred.
• Strong track record in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
• Experience owning a strategic category end-to-end, including strategy development and long-term agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own global launch services sourcing strategy aligned to constellation deployment and growth.
• Lead tendering activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and award recommendations.
• Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence and commercial setup.
• Develop qualified providers portfolio and secure resilient launch capacity.
