Responsibilities

• Take ownership of features end-to-end across multiple Laravel apps (design, build, test, deploy).
• Design and architect new functionality with independent technical decisions.
• Deliver to agreed timelines and manage workload.
• Refactor existing code, including legacy areas, with risk/value focus.
• Diagnose and fix complex bugs across the stack.
• Write and maintain tests (PHPUnit, Dusk).
• Engage in peer code review and discuss improvements.
• Contribute to AI-driven spec workflows (Cursor).
• Apply security-minded development to all deliverables.
• Communicate progress clearly and log time accurately.
