Job summary

LaraBench is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own features across the Laravel web platform and expand the mobile offering, including Android and iOS apps. You will shape the product’s direction, work closely with leadership, and influence architecture while delivering high-quality, scalable software.

Remote UK-based role with autonomy and opportunity to lead a team as the product grows within a supportive group. Strong coding standards and collaboration will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Strong Laravel/PHP development experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and mobile applications.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience developing Android apps (React Native or Kotlin).
• Familiar with Git version control, Docker and CI/CD.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the software platform.
• Develop and maintain the iOS platform.
• Expand the Laravel web application and build the Android mobile app.
• Maintain APIs and backend services, translate requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture and planning.
