Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of landscaping and grounds maintenance projects.
- Plan works, allocate resources, and deliver on time and within budget.
- Lead, mentor, and support site supervisors, teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor performance against programme and commercial objectives.
- Prepare quotations and support tender submissions.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and RAMS/COSHH.
