Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Co-ordinator with a landscaping/estates background to oversee greenspace projects across the South of England. You will manage contractors, inspect works and ensure quality before handover to long-term estate management, while taking ownership of project delivery and diary management.

The role requires knowledge of landscape works or biodiversity, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel to sites from Bristol to the South West.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or estate management with project delivery.
• Ability to manage contractors, budgets, and defects.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of greenspace, landscape and environmental projects.
• Inspect landscape works and ensure contractors meet project specifications.
• Manage contractors, budgets, defects and remedial works.
• Coordinate project handover into long-term estate management.
• Oversee initial aftercare and maintenance contractors.
• Travel to sites across the South and South West of England.
