Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Project Manager (Landscaping) to oversee greenspace projects across the South and Southwest of England, delivering landscape and environmental works to high standards.

You will manage contractors, inspect works, handle defects, coordinate handover into long-term estate management, and travel to sites with a full UK driving license. This is a fast-growing, award-winning company offering substantial training, progression, and strong company benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in landscape, estate management or similar required.
• Project Manager or Coordinator experience preferred.
• Must be able to commute to Bristol with a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of green space, landscape and environmental projects.
• Inspect landscape works and ensure contractors meet specifications.
• Manage contractors, budgets, defects and remedial works.
• Coordinate project handover into long-term estate management.
• Oversee initial aftercare and maintenance contractors.

Are you a Junior Project Manager or similar, who is looking to step into a role with one of the Uk's most esteemed house building companies where you will receive best in class training and career progression?

In this role, you will oversee the delivery and handover of greenspace projects, managing contractors, inspecting landscape works, resolving defects and ensuring sites meet technical, environmental and quality standards before entering long-term management.

This role would suit an experienced Junior Project Manager or similar from a landscaping, estates or ground management background looking to take ownership of projects and progress their career within a growing business.

The Role:
