Job summary

Kingston Barnes Ltd. in Gloucestershire is seeking a Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial landscaping projects and routine grounds maintenance contracts.

You will translate client briefs into plans, manage budgets, lead site supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. Experience leading operations in UK landscaping or facilities is essential; a driving licence and relevant

Qualifications

Proven operational leadership in UK landscaping, facilities or grounds maintenance.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication.
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Full UK driving licence.
SSSTS or SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely.
Horticultural knowledge.
Level 3 Diploma in Horticulture or ROLO.

Responsibilities

Translating client briefs into project plans, managing budgets, directing operations, and ensuring safety standards.
Plan and execute hard and soft landscaping projects from brief to handover.
Lead site supervisors, teams and subcontractors, monitoring performance against programme.
Track budgets, prepare tenders, quote for additional works, monitor profitability.
Ensure compliance with UK safety legislation, COSHH, RAMS and PPE.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and manage expectations.
