Job summary

GreenJobs Ltd. is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with LVIA expertise to lead landscape planning and assessment services across infrastructure, renewables, and strategic development sectors in the UK and beyond.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams to produce robust LVIA reports, visualisations, and design solutions, supporting clients from feasibility through delivery with a flexible hybrid working arrangement and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture.
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
• Proven experience leading and preparing LVIA studies.
• Strong understanding of GLVIA guidance and landscape planning best practice.
• Experience delivering landscape planning across sectors.
• Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Numerically competent with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD/BIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and review of LVIA studies.
• Coordinate landscape inputs across projects.
• Undertake landscape character assessments and site surveys.
• Carry out desk-based research, data collection and interpretation.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, visualisations, and presentations.
• Contribute to landscape strategy, masterplanning, and design.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead project meetings, workshops, and consultations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, technically accurate work.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Assist with fee proposals, tenders, and business development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovative solutions.
• Utilise digital tools to improve delivery and efficiency.
