Lead Careers Ltd is seeking a Landscape Planner to join our established Manchester team. You will prepare landscape and visual assessments, support renewable energy and infrastructure projects, and contribute to planning reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Experience with LVIA or landscape planning projects.
• Good knowledge of UK planning and development processes.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised approach to managing workloads and deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Preparing landscape and visual assessments.
• Undertaking site surveys and landscape appraisals.
• Supporting renewable energy, residential and infrastructure projects.
• Producing technical reports for planning applications.
• Identifying landscape constraints and mitigation measures.
• Providing landscape planning and design advice.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Managing projects and client relationships.
• Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
