Job summary

Lead Careers Ltd is recruiting a Senior Landscape Architect for a Worcestershire-based role in a multidisciplinary environmental consultancy. You will work across landscape design and LVIA/landscape planning, collaborating with Ecology and Arboriculture teams on a varied project mix.

The role spans from early-stage concepts to detailed landscape proposals and delivery. You will join a team focused on quality, development, and hands-on client engagement, with opportunities to influence projects

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in landscape architecture.
• Experience working across multiple project stages and teams.

Responsibilities

• Landscape design and masterplanning.
• LVIA/LVA and landscape/visual appraisals.
• Landscape strategies and mitigation proposals.
• Planning application work.
• Hard and soft landscape design and detailing.
• Landscape management plans and biodiversity enhancements.
• Site visits, reports, and client/consultant liaison.
