Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a seasoned property professional to lead development, asset management, and estate management across the Borough Council's diverse portfolio, including commercial, residential, and agricultural assets.

The role spearheads development initiatives, regeneration projects, property transactions, and strategic asset management to enhance income, unlock development potential, and support broader regeneration and investment goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing commercial property portfolios.
• Proficiency in property acquisitions, disposals, asset management and development activities.
• Demonstrated experience in estate management and handling property contract issues.
• Proven ability to lead complex property negotiations and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert development advice for the Council's commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct development appraisals and feasibility studies on brownfield and greenfield sites.
• Formulate strategies to maximise capital returns through disposals and development opportunities.
• Negotiate joint venture agreements to facilitate regeneration and development projects.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve value, efficiency and performance of the portfolio.
• Provide property and development expertise to support regeneration initiatives.
