Job summary

Churchill Living Ltd. is seeking an experienced Land Manager to lead the full lifecycle of land buying from opportunity identification to contract exchange. Based from our Warrington office, you will collaborate with Architects, Planners and Commercial teams to secure prime sites.

You will visit target towns, perform appraisals, prepare proposals and support junior team members while contributing to the Group's land strategy and development goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Land Manager or Senior Land Buyer.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end land deals, from identification to exchange.
• Valid UK driving licence required for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Investigate opportunities through extensive networks.
• Identify sites via targeted marketing and own outreach.
• Conduct desktop research, data analysis and use Land Insight.
• Visit target towns in person to assess suitability.
• Carry out site appraisals, prepare reports and proposals.
• Manage offer and negotiation processes.
• Support and mentor Land Buyers and Land Coordinators.
