Job summary

Churchill Living is seeking an experienced Land Manager / Senior Land Buyer to lead the full land acquisition lifecycle across our regions. You will identify opportunities, perform site appraisals, and drive offers through to exchange while guiding junior team members.

You will work with a Land Director and the wider team to shape regional strategy, spend significant time visiting towns, and leverage an extensive network to secure quality sites for developments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the end-to-end land acquisition process.
• Ability to identify sites via networks and targeted marketing.
• Proven capability to support and guide junior land staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of land buying and site appraisals.
• Visit target towns in person to assess sites.
• Lead negotiations and manage offers through to exchange.
