Churchill Retirement Living is seeking a Land Buyer to manage the full life cycle of land acquisition, from identifying opportunities to negotiating offers. The role involves close collaboration with an in-house team of architects, planners, and commercial specialists and requires regular travel to site locations across the region.

You will contribute to the land acquisition strategy for the division, bring a proactive mindset, and support career development with our executive leadership.

Formación

• Land buying experience in the property sector.
• Willing to drive across sites with a valid UK licence.
• Motivated, ambitious and proactive with a land focus.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts.
• Identify sites directly through targeted marketing and desktop research.
• Analyse data and use Land Insight to assess opportunities.
• Visit target towns to evaluate sites meeting customer needs.
• Carry out site appraisals, create reports and proposals.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process with landowners.
• Collaborate with the Land Director and team to shape acquisition strategy.
