Job summary

Churchill Living Ltd. seeks an experienced Land Manager to own the full land acquisition life cycle, from site identification and research to negotiation and exchange.

You will be part of a specialist in-house team focused on land for developments and will lead and mentor junior colleagues across the process. You will travel to target towns, build a robust pipeline, and contribute to strategy with the Land Director and broader team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end land buying processes from site identification to contract exchange.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior land buyers and coordinators.
• Proven track record in securing quality sites for development.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities through networks and targeted marketing.
• Visit target towns to assess sites in person and perform appraisals.
• Prepare reports and proposals; manage offers and negotiations.
• Support the Land team in strategy and knowledge transfer.
