Key Responsibilities

1. Perform sampling, field testing, and specimen preparation of Concrete, Asphalt, and Quarry products in accordance with British standards and company procedures.
2. Supervise a team of up to 10 Quality Control Technicians or Laboratory Technicians.
3. Establish and maintain product quality levels aligned with operational and customer requirements.
4. Provide technical support to Commercial, Operations, and external customers.
5. Investigate quality issues, including sampling, testing, and preliminary investigations at relevant sites and depots.

7. Lead and develop the technical team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
