Description

This role involves working with Scheme Events Leads and Managers to deliver requirements for Scheme Events and Projects, reviewing work of Data Technicians, ensuring accuracy, building client relationships, and improving systems and processes in compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver Scheme Events and Projects according to timelines and quality standards.
2. Review and support Pensions Data Technicians' work.
3. Ensure the accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
5. Enhance service delivery by reviewing and improving systems and controls.
6. Adhere to Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.

Key tasks:

1. Lead on project and scheme event delivery.
2. Provide excellent customer experience and share expertise.
3. Perform data processing tasks, including data extraction, transformation, uploads, mail merges, and macro development.
4. Create audit trails and test communications and calculations.
5. Update project timelines and communicate progress.

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

• Experience with DB and/or DC pension schemes.
• Technical pensions calculations and data analysis skills.
• Experience with pension administration systems.
• Attention to detail and quality management.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data import.
• Project management skills.
• Math qualification or relevant work experience.

Desirable:

• PMI qualifications.
