Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement and continuously improve learning and talent solutions across the UK, Ireland & Africa region. You will lead digital learning design, curation and delivery, with responsibility for compliance learning and regional project delivery.

The role requires strong experience in modern learning approaches, digital platforms and stakeholder collaboration to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting compliance or mandatory learning programmes.
• Experience designing, curating, facilitating and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital learning, learner experience and modern learning approaches.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate and deliver engaging learning solutions across digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Create learning pathways, resources and development journeys that support career growth and business priorities.
• Adapt global learning content for local relevance and application.
• Translate learning strategies into practical delivery plans with governance from the L&D leadership.
• Contribute to regional and global learning projects and initiatives.
