Job summary

MoonPay Enterprise seeks a principal-level PM to own KYB product strategy and onboarding for B2B partners, businesses, and customers. You’ll drive multi-year directions, optimize verification funnels, and shape API-first experiences with AI-assisted review, balancing risk and scale across US and international rails.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across compliance, risk, engineering, and partnerships to deliver measurable improvements and product-led growth in MoonPay Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Principal-level PM with real KYB or KYC depth.
• Own onboarding and risk-related product areas as a platform.
• AI-enabled, API-first approach to onboarding and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define KYB product strategy and roadmap across models.
• Shape onboarding funnel: pass rate, time-to-verified, rejection handling.
• Manage KYB API surface including statuses, webhooks, document submission.
• Collaborate with compliance as a product constraint and partner for policy adoption.
