Job summary

Withersworldwide is seeking a Senior Knowledge Systems Analyst to maintain and develop Insight+ and related content management. You will enhance taxonomy, metadata and reporting, ensuring secure access and reliable operation across the firm.

You will collaborate with Library, IT and stakeholders, drive UX improvements, and support AI-enabled tool integrations while maintaining documentation and governance. A 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with hybrid working, forms part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting knowledge or content management systems, enterprise search or document management systems in a professional services, law firm or regulated setting.
• Clear proficiency in working with databases.
• Experience with Power BI and data analytics, including maintaining and updating reports.
• Understanding of taxonomy and metadata principles and why they matter for search and retrieval.
• Experience responding to user queries or support tickets and working with IT to resolve issues.
• Experience with AI solutions and integration via connectors/APIs, RAG, MCP or agent-based solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Experience querying data with SQL and DAX.
• Familiarity with iManage, SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Experience supporting system migrations, launches or transitions.
• Experience delivering user training or adoption support.
• Awareness of information governance and data quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day support and service stability for Insight+, collaborating with IT and internal/external teams.
• Coordinate system changes and improvements following the change process.
• Monitor performance and usage to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation including protocols, configurations and changes.
• Support design, testing, and operation of integrations between Insight+, AI tools and firm systems.
• Act as technical liaison between Knowledge Services, IT, Information Security, Risk, data and product owners for AI-enabled solutions.
• Represent the Knowledge team in governance bodies and work groups and support related initiatives.
