Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead platform and knowledge-management transformation for a global hospitality client. The role sits in a hybrid model, involves architecture definition, governance design, and AI-readiness work with stakeholders across regions.

You will collaborate with architecture, platform, and transformation teams, travel as needed, and contribute to executive roadmaps while ensuring BPSS clearance readiness and governance alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Information Architecture, or Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to digital transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to facilitate workshops effectively.
• Experience working in multinational environments with stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with Knowledge Management transformation programmes is desirable.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, LeanIX, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of AI-enabled knowledge solutions and semantic technologies is advantageous.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or large enterprise environments is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and architecture and transformation specialists.
• Eligibility to meet BPSS clearance requirements.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state information and knowledge architecture.
• Assess current-state knowledge ecosystems, repositories, and content structures.
• Design metadata models, taxonomy frameworks, and semantic structures.
• Support the development of Knowledge Management operating models and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to AI-readiness assessments and knowledge enablement strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define migration approaches for knowledge assets and content repositories.
• Collaborate with architecture, platform, and transformation teams.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Support alignment of knowledge architecture across regions and stakeholders.
