Page Personnel is assisting a City of London law firm to recruit a Senior Knowledge Lawyer. The role focuses on shaping the knowledge management strategy, leading legal tech projects and delivering practical know-how to lawyers and clients.

You will work with senior leadership across jurisdictions, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and translate complex regulation into clear guidance. Flexible working options are available and a strong emphasis on knowledge innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge management skills and familiarity with legal knowledge delivery.
• Experience developing and implementing legal technology and innovation initiatives.
• Proven ability to draft, present and train on complex legal topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the firm’s knowledge management strategy.
• Lead global knowledge and innovation projects with senior stakeholders.
• Draft, review and maintain precedents, templates and know-how materials.
• Deliver training, webinars and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Produce thought leadership and client-facing content.
• Monitor regulatory developments and client needs.
• Collaborate with BD for content, pitches and profile-raising.
