Maximus is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to translate policy, procedures, and program requirements into clear, user-friendly knowledge articles, scripts, and job aids for CSRs supporting FEHB/PSHB.

The role emphasizes governance, version control, and ongoing content updates. The successful candidate will work with Operations, Training, Quality, and other stakeholders to identify gaps and improve resources while protecting PII/PHI and complying with program escalation requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in knowledge/content management or a similar role.
• Experience with knowledge governance practices, including content lifecycle management, version control, approval workflows, and periodic content reviews.
• Experience supporting federal government programs or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with handling PII, PHI and other sensitive information.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Training, Quality and other stakeholders to implement policy, process, or system changes.

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Build document management processes and procedures.
• Assess knowledge base needs, inaccuracies, gaps; resolve and update content.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate documentation content.
• Create hierarchy and ownership to sustain knowledge management.
• Promote contributions from stakeholders to improve the knowledge base.
• Design and implement workflows to manage documentation processes.
• Establish standard templates for all documentation.
