Job summary

5Q Consultancy is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to oversee hospitality event partnerships, including F1, rugby, cricket and concerts. You will manage top clients, upsell packages and generate new business through networking and referrals, delivering a best-in-class service at events.

The role requires strong relationship skills, proactive selling, and the ability to work with internal and external teams to maximise client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Build and develop the existing relationships with key clients.
• Upsell additional events to existing clients.
• Network to generate business from other areas of the business.
• Develop new clients through cold calling, referrals and networking.
• Attend events and provide best in class service.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
