Job summary

Evri Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead a portfolio of key customers across the country from our Coventry base. You will drive revenue growth, protect existing business and identify opportunities to expand across Domestic, International and Returns services.

You will build strong relationships, manage opportunities and risks in Salesforce, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver accurate forecasts while maintaining the highest service levels for our key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in a Key Account Management, Account Manager or Business Development role.
  • Experience managing large multi-million pound accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Experience in parcels, logistics, delivery or supply chain sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of key accounts and hit quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular review meetings.
  • Increase share of wallet across Domestic, International and Returns services.
  • Manage customer records, opportunities, risks and activity in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams for smooth onboarding and account transitions.
  • Support yield management initiatives to improve profitability and margin.
  • Produce accurate customer revenue and volume forecasts.
  • Monitor volumes against commitments and proactively manage performance.
  • Foster cross-department relationships to support customer success.

Salary range - £40-45K plus car allowance and commission.
What You'll Do

Reporting into the Commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customers nationally. You'll focus on increasing revenue, protecting existing business, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring customers receive outstanding service across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer volumes against agreed commitments and proactively manage performance.
  • Build strong working relationships across all internal departments to support customer success.
What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a strong blend of account management expertise, commercial awareness and relationship-building capability.

  • Minimum two years' experience in a Key Account Management, Account Manager or Business Development role.
  • Must demonstrate experience of managing large multi-million pound accounts
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills, partnering at all levels of an organisation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret and utilise customer data.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customers across a large geographical territory.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Industry-recognised qualification.
  • Experience within parcels, logistics, delivery, mail or supply chain sectors.
