Qualifications

• Proven Fire & Security engineering experience.
• Gent qualified.
• Strong fault-finding skills across fire and/or security systems.
• Professional customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems.
• Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects.
• Building strong relationships with customer contacts.
• Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service.
