Job summary

CIA Fire & Security – Part of the Ranger Group is seeking a Service & Small Works Engineer to cover Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. The role is full-time, permanent, and field-based with a company car and fuel card provided.

You will service, maintain and fault-find on fire and security systems, including Gent, and perform planned preventative maintenance and small works installations. A full UK driving licence and strong customer communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fire & Security Service Engineer.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience servicing, maintaining, remedials and small works.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and fault-find on fire and security systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Complete remedial works and small works installations.
• Work on Gent fire alarm systems where qualified and competent.
• Diagnose faults efficiently and aim for first-time fixes.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
