Job summary

IG Group seeks a Senior Journey Transformation Analyst to map and optimise client and operational journeys. You will diagnose friction, quantify cost, and drive improvements from evidence gathered with stakeholders across Operations, Product and Compliance.

You will own end-to-end delivery, craft clear business requirements, and translate insights into roadmaps and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping end-to-end journeys in customer and operational processes.
• Ability to run stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.
• Data-led approach to root-cause analysis and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and map end-to-end journeys across client and internal workflows.
• Lead journey discovery with operational teams and system owners.
• Drive root-cause analysis using analytics and journey data.
• Build and maintain a delivery roadmap and backlog.
• Translate improvements into clear business requirements and user stories.
• Own end-to-end delivery of changes and governance across roadmaps.
