Job summary

IG Group is seeking a Senior Journey Transformation Analyst to map and optimise end-to-end client and operational journeys, driving measurable improvements. You will build evidence-based business cases, define requirements and own end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fintech environment.

You will work with the Head of Journey Transformation to establish governance, measurement and a roadmap that delivers real outcomes aligned with regulatory and business priorities across

Qualifications

• Experience mapping end-to-end journeys in customer-facing or operational processes.
• Ability to run stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to uncover underlying issues.
• Data-driven approach to root-cause analysis and measurement design.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end journeys and quantify friction using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of journey improvements with a clear delivery roadmap.
• Translate improvements into business requirements, user stories and Jira tickets.
• Own end-to-end delivery of changes, including collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Prove sustained improvements with baselines and live performance data.
