Client Server in London offers a Principal Java Developer role in a hybrid setup. You will lead client projects, architect and implement cloud-enabled, scalable solutions in the financial services sector.

Qualifications

Experience in financial services or Fintech environments.
Strong Java development skills with multi-threading and concurrency.
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices environments.
Good knowledge of REST APIs and AWS.
Strong fundamentals in OOP, data structures and design patterns.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborative with strong problem-solving and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

Lead client projects, including long-term technical transformations.
Design, develop and deliver projects for clients in financial services.
Migrate legacy systems to AWS and introduce CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Work in a collaborative team focused on engineering best practices.
Provide technical leadership and business/client-facing support.
Operate in a hybrid setup from our London City office and client sites.
