Job summary

Runa is pioneering a first-of-its-kind payments rail that enables instant, global money movement at scale. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect, implement and deploy services end-to-end, delivering clean, scalable code that moves money reliably for thousands of users.

You'll work with a modern event-driven stack on containerised cloud infrastructure (AWS, EKS), mentoring juniors and guiding architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale microservices.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin in AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and deploy scalable services end-to-end.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
• Lead technical interviews and guide architecture decisions.
