LabLogic Systems Ltd is seeking a Group Senior IT Technician to support technology across the LabLogic Group. You will provide 2nd line IT support to colleagues on-site and remotely, manage endpoint devices, and help secure and keep users productive.

This hands-on role offers ownership of tickets through resolution and opportunities to contribute to cyber security initiatives while collaborating with a close IT team in a growing, independently owned business.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in IT support with Windows and MS 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving in desktop/software support.
• Experience managing support tickets through to resolution.
• Good understanding of cyber security principles and vulnerability remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd line technical support to users across the Group, remotely and on-site.
• Manage support tickets from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
• Act as escalation point for the IT Support Apprentice and assist the wider IT team with complex issues.
• Maintain and support Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Manage lifecycle of endpoint devices, ensuring security, compliance and updates.
• Identify, investigate and remediate security vulnerabilities (CVEs) across the estate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal IT processes, systems and user experiences.
• Support cyber security initiatives and promote best practice across the business.
