Job summary

Joma Jewellery Ltd seeks a strategic Head of IT & Systems to shape and lead our Systems function as we scale. You will own the systems strategy, roadmaps and governance, balancing long-term development with daily resilience while guiding a team including the AI Architect.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, oversee supplier relationships and budgets, and ensure projects deliver measurable value for growth and efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a business systems, technology, transformation or operational systems function.
• Strong experience developing technology strategies, roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks.
• Strategic mindset to translate business priorities into structured system initiatives and delivery plans.
• Experience managing technology suppliers, contracts, budgets, governance and delivery performance.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, ecommerce or systems integration would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the Systems Roadmap and ensure priorities, resources and investments align with business objectives.
• Develop prioritisation and delivery frameworks across strategic initiatives and BAU activity.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Lead system reviews and provide reporting on progress, risks and decisions.
• Collaborate on governance, security, and disaster recovery with the Senior IT & Systems Manager.
