Job summary

Midnite, a UK-based remote-friendly sports betting and gaming platform, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer. You will build and support IT services enabling teams to work efficiently, from core SaaS platforms to automation and AI adoption.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will manage Google Workspace, M365, networking, identity, and security, while staying hands-on and proactive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-user IT support experience (macOS and Windows).
• Strong remote work experience supporting distributed teams.
• Expertise with modern MDM/UEM platforms and zero-touch deployments.
• Ability to package and deploy software via MDM tools.
• Hands-on with workflow automation tools and IT process automation.
• Proven experience managing hybrid Google Workspace and M365 environments.
• Excellent communication; able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience administering SSO technologies (OAuth, SAML, OIDC).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud hosting.
• Designing/Installing office networks (Unifi preferred).
• Experience in regulated environments or fast-growing startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Midnite's SaaS infrastructure (Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Notion).
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for corporate IT infrastructure.
• Support global onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Create and maintain internal documentation, policies and end-user help articles.
• Automate IT processes and workflows across the organization.
• Support secure adoption of AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Remotely manage network infrastructure in Midnite offices.
• Help improve Midnite's security posture and respond to EDR notifications.
