Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production backend systems.
• Strong systems design and ownership across large-scale services.
• Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps tooling.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agent systems that diagnose and remediate infrastructure issues.
• Build distributed services, orchestration, knowledge graphs, and retrieval systems for infrastructure agents.
• Develop fleet intelligence systems combining telemetry and historical incidents to improve decision making.
• Integrate with observability, incident management, ticketing, fleet inventory, and internal systems via APIs.
• Own services end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and production operations.
• Improve agent performance through evaluations and retrieval improvements.
• Translate learnings from production into reliable software and automation.
