Job summary

Forge is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own and modernize our UK IT environment from Shepherd’s Bush, London. The role is hybrid, four days onsite with a Friday work-from-home option, reporting into Forge IT but based in the This is Beyond office.

You’ll manage Windows/Mac endpoints, cloud services, and security tooling across the UK and South Africa, collaborating with global IT teams and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Senior Systems Administrator or similar role with ability to own an IT environment (onsite).
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac OS.
• Cloud platforms experience (Azure or AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Office365, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Hands-on patch management and antivirus experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support workstations and infrastructure in a cross-functional hybrid environment.
• Deploy and support laptops (Windows and Mac).
• Administer and improve Office365, Entra ID and Azure for UK/EU users.
