Side is seeking an IT Administrator in London to join a global IT Support team. You will administer corporate servers, networks, and desktops across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments, supporting Active Directory, Office 365, and security controls inISO27001/PCI-DSS contexts.

You’ll participate in 24x7 on-call coverage, manage Intune, Fortinet firewalls, and monitor data integrity and backups, contributing to Global Technology & Information Security objectives.

Formación

• 5 years’ experience in QA/Technical Support/Contact Center environment with AD and Office 365.
• Windows server administration incl. federated AD, Azure, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP and PKI.
• Experience with Cisco network switches, Fortinet firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• 5 years’ experience with Windows, VMware, Mac and Linux servers.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• B.S. CS, EE or related technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor corporate computing environment including AD, networks, and devices.
• Oversee Office 365 setup and administration, Intune, and related services.
• Provide 24x7 support coverage for regional site workstations and servers.
• Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and network equipment.
• Produce regular reports for systems utilization and uptime.
