We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist at Cloud Imperium Games to support our global workforce. You will be the frontline for hardware, software, and app-related issues, ensuring an excellent employee experience through calls, emails, and chats. We use tools like Jira, Confluence, and the M365 suite, emphasizing service excellence, teamwork, and enthusiasm for technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop generalist IT support and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, infrastructure, and networks.
• Provide advanced technical assistance and mentorship to junior support staff.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with major incident escalations and participate in resolution processes.
• Contribute to technology updates and implement ITIL best practices.
• Manage complex technical challenges using expertise, discretion, and judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Autopilot, Office 365, Active Directory, Jira ITSM, network connectivity, VPN protocols, and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
• Experience with meeting room AV hardware and office network technology.
• Experience implementing IT operations best practices such as ITIL and ISO20000.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and applications.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of articulating technical information to business users.
