THE WORK

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, modular systems that reduce technical debt and accommodate future use cases.
• Maintain clean, well-documented code standards and conduct thorough peer reviews.
• Identify opportunities to build reusable components, libraries, and tools to boost team productivity.
• Lead feature development from planning through deployment, ensuring compliance with SLAs and sprint goals.
• Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks related to rendering, API calls, and state management.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to refine requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 4+ years of experience in front-end software development.
• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Ruby (optional but beneficial for full-stack or Ruby on Rails projects).
• Strong understanding of architectural best practices, including modular design, loose coupling, and reusable components.
• Proven experience in mentoring engineers, making technical decisions, and scaling frameworks.
• Expertise in test-driven development (unit, integration, performance) and security-first coding practices.
