Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on 2nd and 3rd line IT support to internal users across hardware, software, telephony and business systems from our Fareham head office.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will join a small IT team and work on IT projects, security, system implementations and user training, while ensuring incidents are resolved promptly. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and commute to Fareham five days a week.

• Hands-on IT support across hardware, software and networks

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, telephony and business systems, managing incidents through to resolution and keeping users updated
• Manage IT operations and security, including hardware provisioning, access control, IT policies and escalation
• Support IT projects and improvements, including system implementations, integrations and user training
