Job summary

Freenow, based in London, seeks an IT Technical Support Specialist for our Service Desk. You will handle Level 1–2 issues on-site and remotely, supporting SaaS apps, OS, and hardware to keep operations running smoothly.

You will drive automation using scripting and low-code platforms, improve self-service tools, and manage identity lifecycles across multiple platforms. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with ticketing and process tools to improve IT services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 on-site and remote IT support for SaaS apps, OS, and hardware.
• Design and implement automation workflows using scripting and low-code tools.
