Location: London - 4 days on site

We are working with a Global Entertainment company in search of a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting users in the London office along with owning tickets globally with a range of technologies.

As a key member of the IT team, you’ll be responsible for the support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and services including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing tools. You’ll also work closely with colleagues to support business-critical applications and infrastructure, as well as contribute to ongoing IT projects.

Key responsibilities:

First and second-line support for local and remote users

Setup, installation, and maintenance of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobiles)

Basic LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Meeting and conference support (Teams, Slack, video conferencing)

Equipment inventory management and asset tracking

Supporting IT projects and occasional onsite support for company exhibitions

  • Mentoring and being escalation point for Junior IT Support

Key experience:

Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure environments

Basic networking skills (configuration and troubleshooting)

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and flexible with a can-do attitude

Willingness to travel occasionally (some overnight stays may be required)
