Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical escalation point and lead complex infrastructure and Azure projects in a hybrid Central London setting.

You will work directly with customers, drive implementations, mentor peers and raise engineering standards across the team. This role combines hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy management.
• Experience delivering Azure deployments and on‑prem to cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud issues.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to implementation and handover.
• Deliver server migrations, virtualization deployments, Azure solutions and network upgrades.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering standards and documentation.
