Job summary

Acora is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead delivery of IT projects, including Azure platform implementations and cybersecurity initiatives. You will guide a team, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards for a range of clients.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic and hands‑on capabilities, and the ability to balance client needs with internal process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven management or leadership experience leading professional services teams.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience delivering complex, client‑facing projects across IT infrastructure and security domains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Professional Services to clients.
• Manage departmental time utilisation and budgets.
• Improve service delivery processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Forecast resource requirements and manage capacity.
• Analyze KPIs and report on project status and outcomes.
• Escalate and resolve client concerns related to delivery of works.
• Train and develop team members; maintain high performance.
• Represent Professional Services in client meetings and strategic reviews.
• Complete internal processes and career development conversations.
• Coordinate staffing levels and holiday planning across the department.
• Collaborate with other departments for process improvements.
