Job summary

Acora One is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects within a controlled governance framework. You will collaborate with Sales at handover through closure, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet quality, budget and timeline targets.

You will maintain project plans, PID documentation and regular status updates while managing risks and opportunities to improve outcomes for Acora One customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering IT projects to customers, ideally in managed services.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and common terminology.
• Experience managing senior and non-technical client stakeholders.
• Experience in PSA or time-and-billing environments.
• PMI/Prince2 certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ITSM/CRM software and project management tools.
• Proactive problem solving and commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage expectations in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned Professional Services projects.
• Ensure governance, communication and quality per Acora procedures.
• Develop PID, milestones and project plan with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, scope and dependencies.
• Monitor budgets and deliver within 5% of allocated budget.
• Run regular project update meetings and produce status reports.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Identify further sales opportunities within engagements.
