Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and deployment of IT equipment to staff and students across the university.
• Provide 1st level and 2nd level IT support to customers and users within faculties and central departments under the ITIL framework.
• Work as part of the Managed Service Team to standardise purchasing and improve service quality.
