Job summary

The Royal Parks is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 36 hours per week, to lead the Project Park View enterprise asset management programme. This role will replace legacy estates and asset management with a unified view of assets, locations, condition, works and lifecycle activity.

You’ll own end-to-end programme delivery from mobilisation through data migration, testing and transition to live service, working with Procurement, Finance and external

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of managing complex cross-functional technology-enabled change programmes.
• Experience across business case development, procurement, and live operation transition.
• Strong project management discipline with clear plan ownership.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, Finance, Procurement and external suppliers.
• Experience of requirements, data migration, systems integration and testing.
• Excellent facilitation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance business, financial, commercial, data and technical considerations.

Responsibilities

• Take programme from mobilisation and business case development to procurement and supplier mobilisation.
• Own end-to-end delivery including plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Drive governance, decision-making and change delivery across stakeholders.
• Define requirements, manage risks, support adoption and transition into live service.
