Job summary

Morgan Law is delighted to be helping Royal Parks recruit a Senior IT Project Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will lead the programme to replace estates and asset management capability with a dedicated system and new approach.

You will take end-to-end ownership from mobilisation through procurement, data migration, testing and transition to live service, with extensive collaboration across Procurement, Finance and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology-enabled programmes.
• Capable of business case development, procurement, and delivery controls.
• Ability to translate complex activity into clear plans, ownership and delivery.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, Finance, Procurement, suppliers.
• Experience with requirements, data migration, systems integration, testing.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Able to balance business, financial, and technical considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme delivery from mobilisation to live service.
• Develop business case and lead procurement and delivery controls.
• Governance, decision-making and ownership of milestones.
• Lead system implementation, data migration and testing.
• Drive adoption, training and transition into service.
